attention all my dear av members taking part in "Faces of Nanyang photography competition"
pls take a look at this 2.7. Right to entries • Upon registration of an entry, the organisers have total right to use the photograph for their own use. which means once we hand in the photo for competition we'll lose the copyrights to it. however im not really sure abt it cos it juz says "organisers have total right to use the photograph for their own use" so i believe that it means we lose the copyrights by losing the copyrights mean that even if u dun win in this photography competition the photo cannot be resubmitted to another competition (if im not wrong) as the photo no longer "officially" belong to u. i hope someone can clear this wif me if we are really gonna lose the copyrights over the photo i'd rather send in the worse photo i took or dun participate at all. |
