was busy the whole week
really really busy week had scarlet rehearsals almost everyday first few times was ok but when the wireless came it was bad cos we kept having problems with the wireless mics it's either feedback or no signal when there was feedback nickng told me it was cos of cynthia's mic being too near the pond speaker so i brought the all the faders for the wireless down and there was still feedback! freaking told him that it was his md player and he din believe brought down the fader for the md player anyway since he din want to believe i'll have to do it my way cos i hav to solve the problem anyway on the 2nd last rehearsal then we realised that the wireless had no signals cos the antennas were not on mrk sort of was like explaining to us that he was sorry he din tell us that the antenna existed (it was the first time we used the wireless system) nickng was all like "there i knew something was wrong. i saw this hole on the mic but i dunno what was missing there." or something like that and every single time he saw us after that he'll laugh and tell us we have to rmb to put the antenna on like it was our freaking problem in the first place that the antennas were not there all the theatre girls could do was to go "eh?" when the mics dun go the way they want it to. thanks man. like that helped alot. at the end of show theatre girls were partying we had to go around with cups to serve everyone there then we packed up while they contnued "high-ing" at the debrief there was nothing said to us. none at all not even feedback about our work (positive or negative) and if i rmb correctly only pinghui bothered to say thankyou after the whole show. thanks man. i hate it when the cca name comes with the word "service" mrk seem so nice now thanks for all the help with the system! i feel so useless without all the help =) yesterday was A Hat Full of Stars II oh it felt so different rehearsals were alot lesser but treatment was alot better food aside they bothered to give us feedback at the very least and then they cheered us on too. oh and chocs after the show made me feel that at least my effort was worthwhile. oh and duty was real fun we were like playing on stage between the rehearsal and the afternoon show. like jumping around dancing singing and almost all of us can do the beautiful girl thing now the "left-right-turn one round" dance step =) except for hazel and lijun (who does it rather weirdly) i <3 my sec3s they are all so lovely i want to experience another duty like glitters that feeling of "ohmy. it's ended" the feeling of missing something after the show and not "wah finally. it's over" now im so addicted to yabu's "My Everything" it's so nice =) |
