I don't really feel nice when I see people wishing the idols happy birthday
I mean it's ok on a lj comm cos most likely the birthday wishes come with icons and banners and scans etc.
so it's like a sharing on the person's bday

but people who just wish idols happy birthday on their own blogs?
plus adding a birthday song
like they're ever gonna see that

it feels kind of 做作
like telling people
"Hey I love my idol so much that I'm wishing them happy birthday but I actually chose illegal downloads over cds when it comes to their songs"

that "closeness" is like
acting as if the person is your next door neighbour luh.
