Watched the production
Cherry Orchard today The first thing that Minhua said when he walked out was "I just wasted 2 hours of my life and my money on the production" Somewhat true since the 5 of us didn't understand the story Just when I thought I am finally starting to understand the story the show ended like "huh?" Weiming even claimed he fell asleep lah But I'm not saying the show is bad like apollo's dramafest production they have a good script only if you understand it. SO yeap actually I think the production is a not bad one But uh definitely not the best I've seen and well hard to understand Yuanhan said it would have been better in English because it's like Russian translate to English then to Chinese So some stuff are lost Like how my sister and I hates how people translate Japanese to Chinese then to English a lot of meanings are lost in the process lah.
